There wasnt 5 injectors for those engines or 2.2d d4d d-cat it was. 4 for engine and 1 for exhaust EGR valve?

Hi my friend I just wanna say really nice vidio ,thank you very much for that. I am sorry to bother you my bro just wondering if you could tell me I have leak fuel is coming from injector 1 - 2 - 3 expect 4 very less what do you think is bad injector seal ore injectors is blocked ! And if a have to clean injectors not to change new one do I still need program it ore not thank you

How are your thank you so much for your question Injector leak is usually caused by valves and usually I recommend replacing if you can afford new ones but if not you can have them serviced

Unforunately I have the same problem car doesnt want to start at all.. I've seen videos that people clean the injectors do you know if it's possible and worth cleaning them?

Hi Firstly you need to try and prime your fuel and get someone to crank the engine while doing so if the engine fires up then I would advise you have your injector pump checked it might be faulty and under pumping the fuel, if it refuses again try using quick start if it fires up then now you can start from the injectors most likely they need servicing about cleaning them honestly I don't know will look into it

Hello, very good video! I have a question what scantool (not for workshop) is able to read Toyota D4D? Is it possible that injectors stuck inside because of high (230000 km) mileage? Can you partly disassemble Denso injectors and pull them with hammer? Thanks a lot!

i have a cold start problem on my 2003 d4d corolla. If i press the fuel primer button, it starts much better. What is your diagnoses of the cold start problem eg fuel pressure too low in an injector. All injectors sound perfect though and electrical resistance is 1.2 ohms, so ok ?

Sorry for the late response ivwas in an accident so been away however pertaining to your issue i think you have a faulty fuel pump needs to be serviced

So , if my injectors values are Injector 1 (-0.7) Injector 2 (+3) Injector 3 (-0.4) Injector 4 (-3) Which one I have to repair - Injector 2 or Injector 4 ? I mean is Injector 2 compensate Injector 4 or Injector 4 compensate Injector 2 ? Toyota Avensis T25 2.2 D4D 150hp .

Sir what is problem engine is start if revolution no power what is cause sir i replace new turbo but the egr valve is percent reading for scanner o percent the egr valve is close

I disagree, I got all the info I needed to be able to do this job on my own 1cd-ftv from this video, supplemented with basic knowledge of the engine and the service manual which can be bought for just a few $ on ebay.
