We finally got our hands on the GR Corolla. After checking out the awesome GR Yaris, this GR Corolla has some huge task to fulfil.
It is longer, larger, and heavier - is the increased power of 300 PS and 370 Nm, enough?
Do watch the entire video, as we take it on the highway for a bit, before checking out the handling in the hillclimb.

It always feels more scary when you’re sitting on the passenger side. 😅 When you drive you don’t feel it, only after you stop the car, you can feel the adrenaline rush. 😂

I feel you, Nathan. Only yesterday I sat in passenger seat when my friend drives my Swift Sport 😂 I didn't feel anything when driving fast on old road in Kulai, but felt really nervous as a passenger 😂😂at the same time proud of my own econobox hahaha. Great driving Uncle!

I noticed the car rotates on acceleration. I find that really nice considering its AWD and they usually end up acting like FWD with more grip. Amazing driving! Amazing car! Great video.

Nothing beat a car with a powerful engine with manual gear. Man and machine in harmony. And with all the assist controls off, the best and most sensitive instrument you have is your bum. You can see that Uncle Khong is enjoying this drive more than any he did in an auto gear car, where you can only go faster but not be involved with the car itself. I love the way he took the line around the corners, can really see his rally experience there, and beeping on the accelerator. Good old days! Oh, I would love to see Uncle reacting or giving his thoughts about the Group B Rally Supercars. 4 decades ago, they lit up the motoring and racing world like nothing has ever done since. We used to dream of owning the road version of the Audi Quattro, MG Metro 6R4, Ford RS200, Peugeot 205 T16, Renault 5 Turbo and the infamous Lancia Delta S4 which was both supercharged and turbocharged, developing 483 hp. @@YSKhongDriving Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I have to drive 1 hour to find a 4km stretch of road anywhere near this nice, and for a longer or nicer one, I'd have to drive like 4 or 5 hours away. And still wouldn't be even close to this road to be honest
