We take the 300series on its 1st real trip some offroad driving towing small bike trailer with 3 Yamahas YZ65 YZ85 TTR230 fun times on a private property running the Kumho AT52s Fuel consumption on bigger tyres dirt road driving low range steep country

I’ve put 2 tanks of fuel in mine and in economy mode mainly around town I have Got 8.9 per 100

Underneath the rear drivers side bumper there is a grey box. Disconnect the plug. The neighbours can thank me later. Pop the boot with remote from underneath your spot it right away.

I run the Mickey T Baja Boss 275 70 R18's & they put maybe 2 ltrs per 100 on the fuel. Round town / city driving I'm up over 16 to 17 per 100. My 300 is heavy with steel bash plates, rock sliders & ARB summit bull bar etc. On a run I get 11 to 12 per 100. Strange but I find I get better fuel economy not using the economy mode.

I just brought x6 at52s for the 79. So far not good on the corrugation roads.

Wow, they went awesome on 300, what psi were you running ... As I was considering them for my 79, why not good please in your opinion.

@@TeamBulletOffroad Im running 3inch 35s with a touring canopy on my dual cab so quite a heavy rear. Running 45psi on the corrugation and felt like i had a lot of understeer but i feel this could be a steering issue so replacing my front shocks/dampner and will have another go in another few weeks. Keep you posted On the beach they were wicked though. Cant fault them on wet roads either

Toyota can reprogram the tailgate to one beep and make it a little quieter.

@@TeamBulletOffroad nothing useful. just a digital representation of the "seat of pants" meter. If you fill the circle it might unlock expert level though.
