30+ mpg highway too. Perfect setup. I love 2GR’s I wish Toyota did the Supra/race version they had allegedly planned from the start of design. Made me like V6’s again

Probably because supras are i6 which Toyota isn't producing. That's a v6 a believe

@@MR2Toms I dont believe it is, you either have to fabricate the manifold yourself or go to a shop and talk to them about it

2GR-FE is a nice sounding engine. Anything sounds good. Listen to any stock Evora or Exige.

Go check out Lotus videos with same engine, exiges, evoras, emiras, 6 into 1 like author of this video suggests may be part of it and that will sound very cool, but in general the engine sounds similar with most custom headers, which you see a lot of the time with swapped cars that had 4cyl before. searching 'Exige S1 peak revs' is a good example. Yamaha helped with that engine like most Toyotas and you can hear some of that.

Yeah, they can all do that with a pedal commander even better when you have a manual trans with a light flywheel like Lotus etc.

There is an MR2 near me that sound great, 2GR swap with Wilhelm Y pipes and A Japspeed back box. I also think he has a custom cold air intake and Frankenstein Moterworks Cams and the over 400+ stuff. Sound brilliant
