Manually switching my high beams, keeps me alert and awake while driving at night . people need to pay more attention while driving and become actively involved in what they are doing.

I like this safety feature the most of all the new safety gear coming out for 2020 vehicles. I like seeing at night and anything that helps . . .

Do you like it when somebody is shining their automatic high beams right at you and then now you’re driving away with spots in front of your eyes, it’s a stupid stupid stupid idea

Is it true that with led headlights your the high beam is really supposed to be your regular lights ? And that’s what the auto high beam is for?

Hi, Kathy. The Toyota Safety Sense Automatic High Beams use a camera within the vehicle located at the top of the windshield behind the rear view mirror to help detect oncoming vehicles. Thank you for your inquiry. ^BP

at 1.25, they clearly say..."it is the driver's responsibility to pay attention to their surrounding...so why do we need these fake AHS?

I have a 2024 toyota and the low beams have dark spots in them. its really annoying. apparently it's all toyotas with LED lights now. When you turn on the high beams they go away. This is a bad design. There should be a recall. We cant use high beams all the time and low beams should not have dark spots in them.
