owned one in NZ, bought for 1300€ when i was in working hollidays. I bough it even without tested it, so happy to have find it . It's was a dream to own and a amazing car . i even did back pack and sleep on it during one week with total autonomous, with 1m75 and the complementally removable back trunk and foldable seats. i was backpack to the future. A really futuristic car unknow.

It's a shame that the Sera was never sold in the USA. In a way, I can see why, with the doors opening the way they do, if you skid off the road and land on the roof of the car, you could end up trapped inside the car. But if you're careful, you shouldn't have any safety problems.

These became so cheap in New Zealand you could get one for under $1000 about 10 years ago. Also strange how Toyota put the wildest doors on these economy sports cars and not the MR2 or Supra.

Glass etching shops are there they can,cut and bend toughened glass.to any shape.find the nearest glass works.they have huge ovens to heat and soften glass to bend to any shape
