Toyota Yaris Cross AWD Hybrid Excel CVT - my personal review includes some good detailed views of the controls captured during our demonstration provided by Toyota Garage. This car has comfy heated seats, a good view, reverse camera, sat navigation, sensors, automatic lights, AWD, cruise control and more. The change from manual to automatic makes driving easier, gives better MPG which allows more time to concentrate on the road. There are lots of improvements changing from the manual Toyota to the automatic hybrid, it will create less emissions. It will take a little time to try all the controls, also get used to not using a clutch and handbrake. In my opinion the petrol gauge on the dashboard could have been clearer to see at a quick glance when driving. The insurance should be considered. Love this car, in my opinion its definitely worth investigating. There a 4 different styles to choose from.
This is my 1st time in a Hybrid and the demonstration is live, I was not able to capture everything by video. If you visit Listers Toyota Garage it would be great if you could mention my name and reference to this video. This is not a paid advertisement. Many thanks.

I got the same car in "Excel" spec in the Scarlet Flare red colour. I love it. I love the heated steering wheel and heated seats especially on a cold winters morning.

re clock .. finally set it to correct time :) You have to do it via the control stick on steering wheel .

@@billchris9559 I think I might do a video on this as a number of people get flummoxed trying to set the correct time and keep visiting the Toyota Dealership where I work and I sort it out for them.

Just push the hold button every time you start the car, then every time you come to a dead stop, it will hold the car, it does this every time you stop, it does cancel when you switch off

I had a test drive today, didn't get around to try that. Say select Hold at the start, then stop at a junction/lights (maybe on a slope) select N, then instead of applying the parking brake, just let the Hold do it for you, then select D, then depress the accelerator to released the hold? Repeat until end of journey.

@@SaxJockey do not use neutral, just select drive and press hold, when the car comes to a complete stop just take your feet off the pedals, the car does the rest, NEVER use neutral in a hybrid it won’t charge the hybrid battery..
