Can’t wait to see the new 4runner. And honestly the new highlander looks good. Nothing special but nice. Still looks like a highlander. I used to have a 2016 and it was a great suv and versatile. I traded it in for a 2018 4runner and never looked back and have found the perfect body on frame truck I’ve always wanted and needed. But out of all the crossovers I’ve always loved the highlander. The unveiling of the new 4runner, tundra, and sequoia is gonna be epic. Especially the 4runner and tundra. The taco will prolly stay a little while longer

Not gonna lie. Pretty disappointed with that Highlander. I just see visual updates and no improvements to the third row seats. I would expect after competing with rivals with useful 3rd rows like the Pilot, Ascent, Traverse, and upcoming Telluride and Palisade that Toyota would have improved the 3rd row on the Highlander.

And yet @Toyota still doesn't have a dedicate remote start button on the antiquated key fob. You also have to improve (increase) the 5 feet distance the key fob communicates with the vehicles. Nissan's key fob looks better, has a dedicated remote start button and works from further away.

Really disappointed in the new Highlander definitely won't be buying a new one there are plenty better-looking and more affordable options on the market.
