Bhai best memory card konsa rahega is camera ke liye? Mene sandisk ka 128 Gb memory card liye the apne dono tapo c310 camera k liye but record nhi ho rha unse. Playback and download option me jane par format krne ko bolta. Aur format krte toh abbormal expansion capacity dikhata h. Issue kisme h aur ab kya krna chahiye?

bhai I bought and configured but I am facing many issues. It's not doing recording but only records when we press the record button. Also , it disconnects when I off the my mobile internet? What does it mean? So it won't work when wifi is off in my mobile?? Please help

It records events, and the continuous recording feature is available only with a subscription plan (there might be a new update on this, please check) Have you connected it with mobile hotspot? and yes, it requires internet if you want to monitor the live cam through the app. Without the internet only offline recording is possible

Bhai,.ye continuous record karta hai kya SD card me? Aur karta hai to 56 GB me approximately kitne dinka recording aayega?

haa, continuous record karta hai. 1080p ki 3 hour ki recording ke liye 1GB lgta hai storage. 3MP (2304*1296) 2 hour ki recording ke liye 1GB lgta hai

Bhai please reply.. 1. Does it have inbuilt memory? 2. After memory card storage it auto deletes the old video? 3. Can I watch camera view from another city also? Or any plan/cloud etc is required?

1. No, you have to use sd card. 2. yes, when storage is full, it overwrites the oldest video file. 3. Yes, you can watch the camera view from any corner of world. you just need an active internet connection. No plan is required for that.

Nobody is talking about the Tapo Care and it's inclusions and exclusions. 1. What are the charges of Tapo Basic Care plan monthly and yearly subscription? 2. Does the free plan record and store videos to the cloud? (Not referring to the Care plans or the free trial)

The only problem is its not 360 camera like tapo c200 so don't buy if you want to move your camera from your mobile and not manually...

c200 is an indoor camera, whereas the c310 is an outdoor camera. Both are designed for different purposes and have a lot of differences, so one can choose according to his/her need.

@@aquastarstech i use my c200 for outdoor purpose and it works just fine... Won't buy c310 as 3mp is not that great as compared to 2mp only slight change maybe you can even count the weatherproof part if you do not have a cover for your camera...

Your last sentence just summarized the real meaning of an outdoor camera. Weatherproofing isn't required for you, So it's manageable with c200
