To help with bug problems. Turn off cam IR lights and use a seperate IR emitter light pointing in same direction but a short distance away from camera. A lot less bugs in camera recording

Just set the motion sensitivity to low. You will get fewer notifications, but it will still alert for a person.

Use blue iris to conect the cameras to a pc and record to a HD ... its working fine ... plus will sent notifications to a mobile phone, http access and the motin really works ... for me anyway 😊

7:10 Use RTSP protocol. Just be ready with your storage capacity. I have 10 cameras in 2020 but I decided to just subscribe to cloud because my 2TB storage is not enough to handle 30 days of recording from 10 cameras. Plus you have to manually maintain the storage and your pc should always be ON. 580php for 10 cameras is cheap.

The Tapo camera supports the standard ONVIF protocol (Profile S) as well as the RTSP protocol, so it can work with third-party NVR or NAS devices that also support the standard ONVIF protocol. However, the Kasa camera does not support ONVIF or RTSP protocol, so it cannot work with third-party NVR or NAS devices.

I have also done the same mistake of buying Tplink c310. Now I'm completely out of my luck. Main purpose of purchasing this camera was to communicate with person standing on door. But the speaker volume is way too low and barely audible to the person standing in front of the camera. Is there any way to fix this?

I’m torn between buying C320 WS and C500. Is the C320’s audio any good ? I need to install this for my security since our contractor didn’t have a gate built outside the garage..contractor problems. I need to get some clips as proof to file harassment fr one my neighbors so I badly need reviews on this.

Remember criminals know these cameras and that people with pets sets them not to trip pets so they will actually crawl so the cameras won't pick it up.

I have a question, and it's difficult for me to find an answer to it, so I hope you can help me. During nighttime recording (any mode), is it possible to make the camera not display any light? I'm asking this mostly for the IR-only mode so that the red LED lights are not visible. I know that the floodlight needs to be on for the color mode to work, so I believe this cannot be modified in the settings.

Have 3 pieces of C310 outside for 2 years now. Camera Quality is good, but it detect all from rain, wind, light from cars, bugs and other things. Tried different adjustments, but get from 100 - 1000 recording everyday . Its USELESS and i am so unhappy. Motion detect are too sensitive and you have to spend hours everyday to check all the insane recordings. The manufactory should not sell this without warning the consumer of all this fail recordings😳 All will soon goes to the trashcan. Dont buy this!!!!
