Safety factor of 1.5 is recommended for PSU caps. So 24V max should be used with 36uF caps. I ran with same issues with TPA3255 chinese boards where PSU caps limits the input voltage.

I have the inkocean zk-mt21 board with me. I use pioneer 40w (400max) oval speaker for left and right channel and toyotone 40w wooder for subwoofer ( since I don't have enough budget so). Which power supply in your opinion I should use? Currently I use 12v computer smps power supply and it's working fine, so shall I try 24v? If I do so, will it fry my speakers or something? Please reply.

Yes bro .... It is best in this price range .... @24 V 5 A ..... SMPS 85 watt RL + 170watt sub .... @ 10% thd 65 watt watt + 130 watt sub .... @ 1 % thd ... Don't use this board in full power ..... At 32 volt ... It will not last longer ..... U need proper cooling .....

I connected micca 42 c center speaker but can you suggest what is the maximum rms for the speaker I can connect to this board in left right channel? Is it 130watt rms? Or 140 wattt or even 150 watt? Please advise. And for the subwoofer can I connect infinity Alpha 121w 250w rms? Power supply 24v 15a but I am planning to buy step up converter to increase to 30v.

Obviously TDA7498 powerful aur costly he, lekin ek bat mujhe notice Tpa3116d2 me bass jyada deep lagi (vese awaz/treble dub gaya tha) kya iski waje usme frequency control ke waje se aur jyada deep ja sakte honge?

@@sunil_ultra for Tpa3116d2 you can used 8 or 10 inch 12"will also work but will not give proper output. And for Tda7498 any 12inch subwoofer will give good ouput👍
