I have kontakt 6 and it still says "demo" as well...it says I need to update to the full version but my NI account says I'm updated

How do I access the package through logic? Ive downloaded the Piano Cassette 02 package but when I go to open the different logic files a message pops up saying 'file cannot be opened'. Is there any extra steps I need to take?

Just bought this bundle, I am having similar problems. I have kontakt 6 full version followed the installation instructions, having trouble finding or using sounds on NI Maschine daw browser.

Hi Miguel, do you see the snapshots in Kontakt? Since those instruments from the Bundle aren't made for Kontakt Player you won't be able to find them in Maschine's browser by looking for them directly. They should be visible in the user presets section under Kontakt -> name of the bank (here you'll see name of the instrument). Please send us an e-mail in case you won't be able to find them! ✌️

How do I add an instrument without the activation serial. It reads your product as a demo

I’m sorry to read that you’re having problems, but our libraries doesn’t require any serial numbers. You’re getting the demo mode error because our libraries require full version of Kontakt 5 or higher - as stated in product requirements. In Kontakt Player they will work only in demo mode due to license requirements from NI. Please check your e-mail, we'll somehow resolve your problem 👍.

This process has been very frustrating to say the least. I purchased both Cassette Keys 1 and 2. I have the full versions of both Kontakt 5 and 6. Cassette Keys 2 works fine with my full version of Kontakt 5, but it won't work with my full version of Kontakt 6. Cassette Keys 1 is not working on Kontakt 5 (full version) and neither Cassette 1 or 2 are working with Kontakt 6 (full version). With Cassette 2 working in Kontakt 5 (full version), why won't Cassette 1??? And why won't either work in Kontakt 6???

Like I said in the e-mail - we'll need more details about what's exactly hapenning because normally our instruments work in Kontakt 5.8.1 and above without any problems.

how the fuck y'all selling kontakt libraries and people are still having the same problems TODAY as i see peole had over a year ago?!?! what's wrong with y'all. i knew buying this shit was a mistake. i'm getting a refund asap.
