My biggest takeaway are that thin lines = softer illustration (it never clicked until now), use vector image objects to help create backgrounds/cast shadows, use triadic colour scheme or anagolus colours, USE A REFERENCE, use guideline tutorials (eg how to paint skin etc) and I also reinforced some info about colour theory and composition . I took like a million screenshots lmao. Thnx for another great vid!

Really tempted getting that book for skin shading, even though I'm almost sure I could replicate it, but that small anatomy section would make the book worthy. BTW question, what's your criteria to decide add noise texture on a image? Do you apply it to everything or only specific parts on the drawing? I feel it destroys the quality of the image too much, so I'm always reluctant to use it.

Thanks for the extremely informative video! Also, I noticed that in your videos you often refer to Japanese resources. Do you know Japanese by any chance or do you mainly just look at the pictures?

Looks great! I put some criticism down below but hid it under the "read more" so you don't have to look at it if you don't want to Only thing is the hand is really small it's about the same size of the eye but overall awesome job

Hello tppo, I'd like to ask if I can use psd file of this drawing for my school work. I'm doing a short stopmotion on how Digital art is created in school and I'd like to use it at the end of the stopmotion. I dont want to steal it so here I'm asking. And the problem is that I'm not able to draw ....
