ના ના જો તમે કઠોળ પલાળવા માં ધ્યાન રાખો, એટલે કે એક વાર પલાળી દીધા પછી પાણી કાઢી કપડાં માં કે સ્પ્રોઉટ માકેર માં રાખી દેવા ત્યાર બાદ દર ૧૨ કલાક પછી ચેક કરવું જો મગ માં પાણી ના હોઈ તો સ્પ્રે કરવું જેથી તે સારી રીતે અંકુરિત થાય પાણી ઓછું થઇ જાય તો જ એ ચીકણા અને બગડી જાય વધારે લાંબા અંકુરિત કરવા માટે ૩ થી ૪ દિવસ રાખી શકાય
