@@10freekie2 it's not easy at all... I've recently had to do it and it takes a lot of time. Find someone to talk to, or multiple people. Or even get some therapy. Talking about it helps to clear your mind a bit better. And once you've been able to accept what has happened then you can start to focus on yourself. When you realise that this self care and improvement is beneficial you'll start to feel a sense of being over that break up! It all takes time and unfortunately I can't tell you how much time that is as it's an individual thing.. everyone will take a different amount of time. But these steps helped me and I'm doing great now!
