Great detailed review, I think the paint is called Giallo Tristrato and looks amazing especially under the light (say yes to non-red Ferraris!) The silver bits between the red bits (lol) in the engine are the cylinder head covers, may look like one piece but is two, right side and left side.

Love the video, got the same bbr model. What i dont like of this model is the exsaust pipes that are to short sticking out comparissing with the resin model of BBR. But overall it is a beautifull model

No tire branding is likely due to tire companies wanting royalties or a license to use there name and that just drives up the cost of the product.

Hi guys, great new review. As always your reviews are amazing. On a sidenote, based on US prices, this model is more or less $120 more than the AA Regera, 400 vs 270. Is no small amount. Is it worth? Difficult to say... Best regards!

I guess it boils down to personal preference. Does the Regera or F12 TDF excite you more? From an engineering perspective, the Autoart Koenigseggs are in a league of their own.

You can find some for similar prices as the Regera. In this case, the F12 TDF is more worth it

Missed your videos! Have thought of reviewing the Aventador J by Autoart?
@HandsOnDiecast3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Pretty unlikely as neither of us are huge fans of the Aventador J specifically. That said, we may do a video of other Autoart Aventadors in the future!

How did you shoot this video so smooth changing angles with no shaking?
@HandsOnDiecast3 жыл бұрын
No special techniques to be honest. We just use our iPhones (12 Pro and 8) and try to keep our hands steady. The stabilisation function in iMovie helps a lot too!

Shame that most part of the BBR lineup has become resin.
@HandsOnDiecast3 жыл бұрын
Agreed. It would be awesome to have BBR release a full line of opening diecast Ferrari models; both classic and current!

They're asking several hundred dollars and they can't get the exhaust pipes right?! GTFO! They should have left this to BBR Italy, not BBR China.
@HandsOnDiecast2 жыл бұрын
Yea it's a pity cos there's so much to like about the model but let down by minor details like the exhaust tips.

I didnt like the dashboard realism at all tbh. Off putting. Exterior was ok for the most part..
@HandsOnDiecast2 жыл бұрын
Yea this is an odd one! The interior looks good to the naked eye, but under the closeup of a camera lens, it doesn't look that great after all!

The resin version is more impressive. (BBR Italy) The tires/wheels on the diecast look cheap. They should have gone black wheels and yellow calipers on this giallo tristrato model, dumb decision not to.
@HandsOnDiecast2 жыл бұрын
EC is a die-hard diecast guy so opening parts was a big draw factor. Interesting point about the tires/wheels, we would've thought they'd be the same for both resin and diecast (apart from colour).
