Already looks like it's almost on shore if the outer bands and clouds are part of th storm then when the clouds go over you and it starts to blow and rain then the storm has arrived

Where did you get this one? The construction standards are much higher in the US than the islands so no, not the same... however, how would anyone know until it happens. What flight did she just get off of? Cat 1 is like driving down the highway with the window down.
