I completely agree with you guys. You compliment each other very well. Yes, many of us crib salary is not adequate, increments are not upto the mark. But are we ready to spend 15 minutes every day to track expenses and manage finance based on a budget? The answer is "No". Guys, please track expenses even after 90 days. It should be a way of life rather than just to prove that you are on track.

Saving is way of life just the way fun living is. I remember my 1st salary post MBA and my father divided it into buckets same way you did. It needs utmost discipline and focus . People thing that's being kanjjos but to each his own. I truly believe in the power of saving and amount you earn is not the parameter. If you want to save you can irrespective of how much you earn. Getting so obsessed about saving may not work for everyone, afterall you earn to enjoy as well. Also buying 3 houses needs to be thought out seriously, generally over long term equity investment would beat real estate investment, I hope customers of this channel will take an informed call.

Hey Navjot, Curious to know your honest opinion - considering the current market in Canada and especially in Ontario - do you think there’s a long due price correction that’s going to happen? One would assume ‘no’ seeing that you’re investing in more property. Some good numbers and facts would be great since you’re great with them.

I hope there is a correction - it’s not healthy for sure. The interest rates are going up that might slow down the investors, but the influx of immigrant money into Realestate might balance things out. I am not planning to sell anything that I own - so even if the market goes down, we will be fine :)

Seeing some absolutely ridiculous rates for condos! I’m sure you and everyone else in real estate is in it for the long run so a price correction shouldn’t affect plans. I really like your transparency and willingness to share important information with your audience. And I would like to give you some stock and cryptocurrency advice. Now it is the time to being cautious. As the market enters its final phase, there may be one more jump before a major drop, or it may even begin dumping from here. If BTC wants to stay in the bull cycle, it must hold 46000. Same for other markets too. I am not giving any random advice, and not even promoting myself. I have been studying charts from last 5 years, and genuinely want you don't loose any of your hard earned money. I am not suggesting that you cash out all of your investments, I just want you to keep a close eye on your stocks or coins. And by profession I am software developer. Finally, I would like to mention, that your chemistry with each other is fantastic. And I would like to meet you both someday because we share similar ideology and perspective. Just got this in mind, why don’t you try making an APP for expense tracking ? So that it becomes easier for people to regularly put data into it through mobile phones only as having access to laptop isnt feasible always ! Just a thought.

@@Potatotalkies Mint is a good app that automatically tracks expenses savings and incomes, it connects to most banks and you dont have to back track, I used to use excel but it was just difficult to track smaller expenses

Thanks bhai for the video, i tried to open the link for BMO account opening, they ask for an appointment for a future date, do there is an option or they allow to open an account from US. Thank you!
