Hello hunters & welcome to another world record done on the new Trackmania (Trackmania 2020 / Trackmania nations remake). Summer 07 is the first 'bump' block track in trackmania 2020 (Trackmania Nations Remake) which has a very interesting surface. After getting some close to WR runs pretty quickly I decided to hunt this one seriously and this is the result!
Like always, thanks for watching, I hope that you have a magnificent day so far, I used another chilled accoustic music for this one

Great Gameplay, but the music kinda ruined the video. Would be nice if you could pick something more mainstream like electronic music. There are plenty of genres to choose from there.

Do you perform some drifts with holding brake and accelerate the same time? Or did you everything with normal drifts (1. Accelerate 2.Turn 3.brake (stop accelerate)) ?

many times you don't really have to let go of the accelerate too much. Try letting it go completely and move back to risk it more

@@toasty893 first bumpers are no-drift then a short drift (pressing brake for a really short time) and really early in the first drift. 2nd drift it a bit more complex so set your car high and drift for just a bit longer. After you stabalize you should have a lot of speed so start the 3rd drift early. As for the last drift try to remain low so you can start it early too, it's a bit risky but you can get the feel of it and if done well you will have a lot of speed for the finish.

Random trackmania session be like: **Me about doing some good record** "Oh i'm doing this shit really good right now" **Me near the track ending, seeing great blue score gap after a checkpoint** **Random panics and shitting out in pants** **The record try gets fucked after a crash** **Throw the PC out of the window**

Yeah I love what he does for the game. Tracks are too 'lolish' for me tho. I prefer it oldschool when it comes to tech xD

Drifting is done by pressing the brake button, right?

yes you have to go at 180 km/h at least and turn for about half a second, then press the brake while turning !

you have to press the brake button while rotating to the desired direction

But how do I drift? Cant seem to figure out the technique.

Have enough speed, turn to the opposing direction to have a better angle before you start drifting then quite fast change the car's direction to the direction you actually want to drift to while pressing the brake for as long as you need, then adjust the car's line to keep the final direction you want. Hope I could help :)

I like this kind of map more then what we get in today's campaing. They're more basic. Summer 2022 has litterally 0 tech maps. There is too much plastic, water, full speed, weird jumps ecc. I honestly miss the first campaings.

Same honestly, that's kind of why I moved on, I only liked the first 4-5 campaigns and even then we had problems lol
