Order Blocks + Stochastics + EMA 200 = less discretionary trading and more wins.
I created this strategy by combining my simple Order Block Forex Trading Strategy: • How to Trade Order Blo... with a trading Strategy from Kristina Forex to make a very simple Forex Scalping Strategy using the 1-minute timeframe using either EURUSD or GBPUSD.
This is so simple, that I use it when I feel either tired or just don't feel the 'flow' of the market. I will depend largely upon the Stochastics for my entry decision, coupled with my use of Order Blocks and directional bias from the EMA 200.

Man, working crazy with gold, but I just used your order block strategy and 200MA to identify the trend. I must thank you, so thank you very much. Its so far good with 100 samples and going to work the whole day and will tell you the result.

Brilliant stuff. I use Stochastic setting of 20, 10, 10 on the m15 - 1 hr, then 25, 15, 15 on the 4 hr - Daily. (K, D, Slowing) Load 2 Sto's and set Visualization settings so you don't need to manually change the settings.

@@aramokurdo I don't trade lower than 15m but play with the settings on the indie's to see if something works for you. In my experience (10 yrs now) scalping on the shorter time frames is a breakeven endeavor at best. Learn Paul's system if you're going to scalp. That will give you a fighting chance. Remember, your broker is going to trade against you & hunt your stops. Trading OB's is an excellent strategy. I must add that brokers know what retail traders are doing. (Never think you're out foxing them.) So, when your entries are triggered, watch out for the stop hunt. When you back test OB's you'll see stop hunts. I add a SL after and hour or two. The broker has raided the SL's by then.

Nice strategy Paul. I do not earn anything yet, but I can say strait of the bat that you take your looser to soon - in a consolidation range before the break of structure. Last week I your strategy worked on crypto but only on the weekend, from Monday it stopt 🧐 Cheers mate, have a nice weekend.

Really appreciate the comment mate. Yeah, its something I'm trying to work on with my psychology. I think I definitely trade scared, meaning that I try to squeeze what I can out of a position but it actually results in a few stop outs too soon. So strange with it working then not - the more I look at the charts I find that strategies go through cycles of being amazing, then awful. The London Breakout for example. Can have a great couple of months then a month where you just can't win. Hava a great weekend :)

Good video i hope for more like this, only thing that come as little strange to me is that it only work Asian session. Usually work on all timeframes and on all sessions

Thanks mate. Yeah, totally strange - it just didn't seem to work during the rest of the day. I think it was about 2.5 months of data and around 300 trades. The R:R was awful until I noticed the Asian session was around 3x better than London.

Hi Paul. I have been learning and trading order blocks for a little while but was also looking at trading the London breakout alongside. Do you still think LB is a viable strategy?

Thank you so much for your videos paul, how do you use Pepperstone along with trading view? I'm using my phone for it for now but I'm wondering if there's a better way to do it? Thank you!

So sorry for the late reply mate. Pepperstone doesn't integrate directly with TV, so I need to jump between charts. Sometimes the data is a little different on PS vs TV so its wise to place trades based on your TV data if thats where the backtesting is working correctly (as long as price is in your favour)
