There are a lot of people keeping track of your journey thus far with this strategy and im very impressed by the fact that you take the time to educate people how to do it for themselves so i dont see any downside to what you are doing for traders. can u plz tell me the name of the volume indicators u use in trading view ? the volume profile indicators , there r so many , which ones u use and by whom? it' ok even if they r paid indicators ? i prefer to use trading view for my charting and analysis rather than ninja trader or meta trader . thankyou.

Hi, it's Fixed Range/Session Volume/Visible Range. It's from TradingView itself and it requires $15/mo subscription.

For those that need a short cut, the oil prices rely heavily on the strength of the USD index. The strength of the dollar can be measured in terms of what it can buy... like gold. So, the amount of money it takes to buy gold reflects the price of oil. Supply and demand and oil reserves also show what the price of oil should be...

At 1:02 , the screen shows that you can make $2000 from 1 lot trades. So if the stop loss is 12 pips or $120, you need $6000 to trade 1 lot and risk 2%. This means that you can make 2000 from a 6000 account (30% per month), which is CRAZY and hard to believe.

At 21 minutes it says initiation. This is responsive. U r not opening up outside of value and driving, u r responsive to the auction within range.

Dale shows action of one side, it is gap = initiation. whenn you see povit low, which is responsive. but gap is more singnificant.

I prefer using Flexible profile (www.trader-dale.com/flexible-volume-profile-forex-indicator/) because you can select which part of the chart you are interested in. This way you see things much better than with the standard 1-day profiles.

Thanks Eugene, of course it does, all the markets there are are moved by institutional volumes which we track here. Stocks and Futures work especially good because they are centralized unlike others. That means we are getting the most correct data feed possible. :)

Forex trading can be very addictive and can become very unhealthy, not just in terms of your performance but also in regard to your physical and mental health there is no reason to deny this. The point here is this. How bad is your trading addiction really? What is in your power that you can control and change? Do you need any sort of assistance? if you want to learn in depth , i highly recommend you to Blended Model Strategy developed by Dmitry Vladislav, you can search for it and learn to study how these technique works. A strategy that covers one of the most effective trading methods in market history.

Wrong information there. MarketProfile does not show the volume. It shows where price spend most of the time within the period.

Tick Volume is the amount of ticks at a level, not time.

So if you have a 70% ish winning ratio with 12pip SL and 10 pip profit target, doesn't that mean with a spread of say 2 pips you will lose 14 on a losing trade and only gain 8 on a winner so that you only make 57% on a win of what you lose on a loss. You would need considerably more than 70% win to lose ratio to be profitable, maybe explains why you need retail trader subscriptions.

70 % is calculated for RRR = 1. Also My spreads are around 0.0 - 0.1 pip on EUR/USD, not 2 pips. That would be crazy.

10 PT and 12 SL, why would you risk more than you gain? just curious, normally it is at least a 1 risk 2 reward, most traders go 1 risk 3 reward. Is there a reason why for your 1.2 risk to 1 reward? thanks.

1. I like to be out of my trades quickly because the more you have your trade open, the higher the risk of something unexpected happening. It could be a change of market sentiment or some other market-moving event like unexpected (or expected) news. 2. Another reason is that even if my trading level happens to be against a strong counter-trend move, a 10 pip correction is much more likely to occur than a 20 pip reaction (which would basically be the end of that short-term trend). 3. 10 pip reaction is from my experience adequate reaction to intraday levels that I create and trade. Sometimes there is a much bigger reaction, but 10 pip reactions happen very often. This reward to risk ratio allows me to maintain a 70 % strike rate as an average over the long term. 4. I prefer to have Reward to Risk Ratio of close to 1:1. Having a small Reward to Risk ratio (losers are much bigger than winners) would mean devastating losses that are hard to come back from. On the other hand, having a very large Reward to Risk ratio (winners are much bigger than losers) means having a reduced strike rate. Also, there is the risk that you take all the losing trades and by mistake miss the one winner that would cover them all. This is Murphy ’s law, and it works in trading more than anywhere else :).

You are calling this a market profile. It is not. A market profile can look like a volume profile but it has NO volume information. It is simply price by time where a VP is volume by price.
