Today I'm sharing my Trader Joe's Grocery Haul for a BUSY BUSY week! Not only that, but I bought all of these groceries for $100! This is a budget friendly grocery haul that's great for college students, small families, or those who live alone. I share my favorite Trader Joe's frozen food, fresh foods, snacks, and more. Love the Cauliflower crust….add Pesto’ some Cheese. Oven. Top with Arugula n drizzle with Balsamic!

@ 13:35 girl… biscotti is traditionally dunked into Italian desert wine, (Vin Santo), or coffee (which makes it soft). Don’t break a tooth! 😆

Ok Z sooo...you haven't tried their orange chicken (best seller) & fried rice???😍 To die for! One of my faves is their multi grain or garlic pita bites. You should try their Fig & Olive Crisps.😋

I’m so glad you mentioned, trying to find Hispanic grocery stores to get my Latino fix. I just moved to Fort Myers Florida, and the struggle is real. I have found some Asian markets with some things. I do miss living in Pennsylvania and New York. Thanks for sharing.🙏🏽😊

New subbie. I love the Joe's Diner Mac and Cheese in the freezer. Also the Unexpected Cheddar cheese in the fresh cheese department. Almond Croissants in the freezer and Hold the cones there as well.

Try egg whites with Feta cheese, Power Green, Tomatoes, Red Peppers, and Avocado.. Cook it all together. When done, put some Pica De Gallo on top. Yum Yum. It's healthy and great to eat for breakfast or after a strength training workout. Try it lady.. you will love it!

I am straight up ~obsessed~ with the tomato basil hummus from trader joe's. I know its not "really" hummus b/c that word literally translates to chickpeas....but I stand by it!

Shawarma Chicken Thighs. Cook them in the oven on a rack then I chop and throw in a pan to crisp up. Can do it with a Mission low carb wrap, yellow basmati rice or most times we throw it over shredded iceberg, which is like $2.50 in the supermarket, some chopped up tomato and raw onion and of course you need to make the white sauce.

my faves: the kibbeh (quipe!); plantain crisps (tastes like tostones); winter wake up tea (it's seasonal); lemony basil arugula salad kit; cashew butter dressing; walnut pesto; chicken n cilantro wontons--best for adding in ramen!

My favorites are the limeade, frozen steel-cut oatmeal, organic oats & flax instant oatmeal, Trader Joe's Italian Style Soffritto Seasoning Blend, and the frozen almond croissants (you bake them).

My favorites are the Arepas, Brazilian cheese bread, kibbeh (they remind me of Dominican kipes), chicken fried rice, roasted Parmesan Brussel sprouts, and the zhoug sauce (tastes like a spicy cilantro sauce) and it’s bomb with steak or chicken. Also, their corn tortillas literally taste homemade. For something sweet I love their salted brownies & cookie butter cookies!

My favorite to buy is the Pre made salad. The price went up a little bit. I usually buy 5 and keep in the office fridge at work and have it for my lunch sometime. The pre made salads are so good. To cut back on calories. I don't use the salad dressing in it. I put Balsamic Vinegar and Avocado Oil. Yum Yum. Great Trader Joe's Haul Video.. Please do more. Especially I would love to see the Air Fryer Wings with the Citrus Season. I always have that season in my cabinet.

I don't like freezing meat either. I don't like it when it turns brown, although I've read it doesn't change the flavor.

1. frozen alfredo (make sure you add cheese and your own spice to it, it’s very good) & the chocolate chip cookie dunkers 🤤 2. i was so impressed you pronounced champs elysses correctly, but then it made sense when you said right after you used to live in france! 😂 3. please share your picadillo de pollo recipe! 🙏🏼 4. btw, random mention but, breadfruit is low carb! i use in place of the platanos when i make mangu. 😊

Gurll, you have to try the Mediterranean crumpled feta. It's a must, especially for salad 😉 Air fryer chicken wing recipe sounds good

I’m on Kauai and we do not have TJ, no Whole Foods but 3 lousy supermarkets on the whole island (2 Safeway and 1 Foodland). Food is outrageously expensive. Basics like 1/2 gal Horizon milk is $9.69, eggs are anywhere $from 7.50- $10.00/ dozen, Bread - $8.00 Orowheat. My food bill is about $1200-1600 per month. Oh yeah we only eat ground meat, fish, and vegetarian. Esta Boriqua se esta muriendo aquí en HI con los precios de comida.
