I have worked with short straddles for a long time. But in 2022 i abandoned it due to lot of volatility.. You can manage it if you have adjustment capital.. Sell additional otm calls or puts etc etc.. But if you consider the fire fighting required you wonder.. Another option is to trade far month ( dec expiry).. Still you are always on the edge

If Gap Up/ Gap Down below 300 points then we will wait for 1st 5 min candle and trade the next candles whichever breaks the high or low of that candle. Irrespective of the candle being green or red. For better trades the high / low should be crossed within first 30 mins (let’s say max 10 am). But if it’s BIG Gap Up / Gap Down of 500/600 points then the 1st candle has to be Red for Gap Up and the 1st candle has to be Green for a Gap Down. Depends upon the trend the Qty will be either 100% or 50% Am I correct in my understanding?

Sahi kaha bro me pahle loss hota tha uske bad loss recover kane ke liye mene 4 din me hi pura capital guma diya😢,par abhi me loss hota he to usko SL book karta hu or pahle trade me profit ho gaya to uske bad over trading nahi karta hu aaj mere mahine ka P&L 2 Lakh he🤑

It looks awesome in back testing but the biggest challenge a trader will face is with his targets. I bet that you would get 9/10 entries accurately and you would see 9/10 trades profitable but you would exit 8/10 trades in loss as you don’t know where and when to exit using this method. Cos this is called random entries without having any techncial things and logic.

Thanks . Is 920 and LDHC strategy goes hand in hand. That’s my confusion. Kindly clarify. I have seen the bigger gap up/down video of 600 points above too of Ghanshyam sir. But what if market opens up between 400-600 (lets say 500)? Thankyou

SL kitne pe lagana h sir... Let's suppose maine 40k CE liya hain / 450 per share and wo niche aa raha hai- 70-80 point mai SL lagana h but main share ka price kya rkhna h SL main?

As an option buyer, it is advised to keep SL based on index chart. That means you need to constantly be in front of screen.

Hi Sidhant, at time 25:28 you pointed out HDFC and Bank Nifty formed different candles which is a negative sign immediately you mentioned ICICI is in the direction of the BN you mentioned trade Lesakthe hai. Can this trade be taken or not ? how did you come to that conclusion ?

ICICI and HDFC hold roughly 25% weightage in Bank Nifty. So If Bank Nifty Chart is building up to a good pattern, we can keep our eyes on these banks and figure out whether a big move is possible or not. bhayya , in this strategy wait for candle to close and next candle to form or when crosses 5minute candle immediately place the order. About 9.20,2.20 so many videos are available in YT. but nobody telling when buy. plz clarify. I tried this method but next candle reversed and sl hit

Because economic recessions and depressions are fraught with uncertainty, markets tend to be particularly volatile. At the risk of losing one’s shirt, one should NOT try to “catch the bottom” in stock prices as a wrong move may mean a nasty reversion, and hence losses. It would be wise to play the market indirectly via put and call options.
