I dont blame you. I do 1,3,5,10 & 15 the most. I was a prettty decent swing trader with large caps but its true that trade is on your mind day, night, vacations always. Better to make or loose and be free for the day. Also Its my firm believe the further you are out from the present the hazier predcting the future. I believe its a lot easier to predict price action 5 minutes from now than 5 days from now.

I trade the 4hour and the daily timeframe on separate accounts... each account has a different risk to reward ratio... 2 accounts on the dailytimeframe - one has a 1:2 risk to reward and the other account is based of strategy which uses orderblocks and support and resistance. All the accounts use the same strategy just that they have a different take profit but same stop loss

@Besh_Trades
@Besh_Trades 17 күн бұрын
@@Zdatboi this is the reason.. Higher timeframes help me trade every single order block on the chart. So this means that if my strategy has 60% lose rate and 40% win rate ... i will experience the whole 60% losing period and also experience the 40% winning period. Tori once said consistency in your trading is equal to constistent losses and consistent profits and she was right .. i am now in consitent profits yet i had 3 -4 months losing streak

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Julie Braun

Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face losses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies.

Ok I just checked your trade: As it seems this trade was done more than 1 month ago (you must have a plenty of videos in store :D). Your take profit (4.5305) 137.5 USD was hit at around 1:00 AM May 1st. It went as low as 4.513 (so potential 573 USD profit, then it reversed and it would hit your SL at 5:00 AM 1st May.

I trade the 5 mainly, or the 15 fairly often as well. But I always recommend people getting into trading to use the 2 minute to start. If they get their plan/rules in place and have or are practicing a strategy they’ll see it occur quite a bit more than they will on the 5 or any other higher time frame. Yes, the profits won’t be as big as they would on a bigger time frame, but the losses should be smaller assuming they have risk management. That way it’ll help them survive the game long enough to find their edge and create discipline.

It is essential to spot a liquidity sweep pattern that occurs before high price reaches your point of interest. If you can identify the specific zones in the market where large pool of money is resting, such as stop losses, buy or sell orders,Then you can prevent catastrophic losses.

I trade options on the 1 minute, with the tape as well. But a lot of my setups are still based around bigger picture on the 1h, 4h and daily. The wind in the sails so to speak. The bigger moves are the same thing as the smaller candles. I mean this in the most literal form. The smaller candles zoomed out tells you the exact same story as just compressing all that into less candles. In that sense all time frames to an extent are the same depending on your perspective. My thing is use all them at once and if your trade is less than like 20 minutes or so probably best (at least for me) to mainly reference the 1m because it’s just more Information quicker about the story the price action is telling. I think you can get tighter exits on profitable trades too vs waiting for a 5 minute to move/ the range it can take up in that time. This is just what works for me. I don’t think anyone is wrong if they like what they do. But I just watched 2 minutes so far and wanted to say this haha

@toritrades since you are switching to a day trader do you still draw your trendlines on time frames higher than the 5 min?

As for right now I run 2 trading accounts. One is for position trading 1-6month time frame. The other is strictly 4hr time frame.

Tori I respect your trend line strategy and I’ve implemented it into some of my setups & I’m sure you have your A+setups and I know you just started on the 5min time frame. And I noticed your trend lines and the bearish trend was the sole reason for jumping in this trade. Or did you do analysis before you recorded the video on things such as the higher time frames being bullish/bearish, I know that stuff means less on the 5 minute?and you had full confidence to jump in that trade. Who knows it may suit you better. Never know untill you try looking forward to following your journey!

I usually trade on a 1 min time frame. I’ve been able to take a 1k paper account to a 9k in less than a month. I’m messing around with longer time frames vs 0dte on some trades or 3dte on my options. Right now I have put in for a longer like 20-40dte trades and am trading on a 4 hr trend. I tend to mix trend lines, orb (15 min opening min/max) and some fair value gaps on my 1 min time frames but im trying to learn more about trend trading to make it feel like i can trade less. lately ive been finding out i love making trades but sometimes it can put me in the red pretty far if im wrong too much.

I trade at the 10 min level. It just seems well balanced for my style. Then you throw in your strategy on top and the stress balances out further. I'm also a new member of Tori Trades and was able to deploy your strategy today. I was able to take 13 points on the ES without having to constantly wonder what each candle "is trying to tell indicate about the market."

I found some success in the 1 min chart. I tried the 5 min and took loss after loss. The 4 hour gives me anxiety. You're up over 20% one day and the next it's all gone. Plus I dream about it at night 😅. Still learning and hoping to be able to do this full time some day.

like your vids but im just using the nadaraya watson enevelope (62 settings) with sar(15min) on the SPY I'm learning just to wait for a reversal on the 15m nadaraya watson envelope(6 2 settings) with par sar If its sloping down wait for the slope up if its sloping down wait for the slope up. But watch for S/R levels on 15min and look left. Wouldnt buy puts if im seeing change in slope on 15 nwe if theres a Support right there. It happened today b4 10am. I waited for slope up instead at 12:45pm today 6/14/2024 with sar and and change in NWE slope from down to up. Took the $60 on 2 scalps on 5min using trend breaks as long as the 15min nadaraya watson envelope is sloping up. Thats good for me since im starting out.

Practicing trading, and experimenting recently with trading the 1 min, with a 15 min time frame window for reference. Seems like I trade better at the 1 min, but I've only been doing it 1 day so... inconclusive atm.

There is only a phrase for this wallet: head isolate sound end kit industry choice festival limit stable dolphin derive. Can anyone describe how to do this correctly?

Daily bias, then drop to combine the 1 hour and 5 min, use the 1 min whilst in a trade for management of the trade. Multi time frame analysis is key...
