I am a Blues fan and it was reported last year Calgary wanted Kyrou in a trade incldung Tarasenko a free agent in a year and Scandella a defenseman for Thackzuk and a Calgrary defenseman. The Blues GM likes the speed of Kyrou but he is not physical and plays no defense so even scoring over 30 goals he was under 40 this season. Matt Thackzuk is homegrown St. Louis and his Dad Keith Thackzuk was a Blues favorite. The Blues just missed the playoffs. They also did not resign David Perron that made for a negative snowball affect to others.
