That ASM “Go To Hell” comic is infamous. Every collector who’s been in the game for 10 years knows about that book. However it’s not worth even $25,000 in that grade. Funny how he got a hold of it. I would take $10,000 and run. I think he keeps it because it gets eyes to his shop.

Another thing about that ASM 300 is that it's a very liquid book. If you plan to sell the comic, it will sell much faster than that stack of books you traded for it.

I picked up that ASM 300 at an OKC comic store in 1992 for around 35.00. It was a near flawless copy!

That Invaders #8 was treated with peroxide under a blue light: doesn't that make it a restored book? If not, then where's the line between restoration and improvement? The Uncle Scrooge issue will never be reprinted due to the politically incorrect depiction of African-Americans - Disney notified Don Rosa of this fact - so it quickly became a collectors' item. Great to see Vampire Tales getting some screen time. I love Marvel's b/w magazines from the 70s and early 80s (in fact, all the b/w magazines). So many fans dismiss them but that's where you'll find significant first appearances like Star Lord and Man-Thing.
