For these scenario rebuilds you really should create a realistic trade yourself and just use trade override. A potential Harden deal might not look to different to this, but for other stars it's hard to get a realistic return in 2k

I think harden too the heat for Tyler herro. Or harden too the cavs for Donavan Mitchell would be good. Tobias Harris for OG or Keldon Johnson and Doug I like personally.

I think the 76ers and embids future depends on what they get in return in the harden trade. If they they get a star level player in return that can help them compete then most likely embid stays. But if they just get a package full of role players embid is more likely too probably ask out. However I feel like if maxy can breakout and be a star that could make embid happy. And if they can get that ideal 3rd option from trading Tobias Harris that could help. I think it all depends on what they get in return from harden and if Maxey becomes a star.

embiid is not asking out. he has stated that he wants to have a kobe/dirk esc career. And if the sixers get a mid return, like they do in this video, they can just go all in on 2025 with the tobias contract gone and real depth and youth.

Things Sixers fans aren’t thinking of is that those expiring role players could be flipped for more pieces. Obviously it would be a lottery protected first going back as well. They could essentially make it a 3 team deal get Fournier and a first for Preston and Morris than they have 2 firsts to slap with Harris for Herro and Martin. Than trade Tucker or Springer or Batum or a couple of players for a 2027 first. Than trade Powell and a first to Chicago for Derozan than Herro and filler and 2 firsts to raps for Siakim. Starters: Maxey, Fournier Derozan Siakim Embid. Sixers won 4 titles on 2k with this team.

I really hope in 2K24 they overhaul who wins Finals MVP. They always reward the player that isn't deserving and it's a bit frustrating when you compare the stats for that player and someone else on the team was way better statistically and efficiency wise. Nice rebuild overall though. Going to the finals without Embiid in year 2 and almost winning it was some insane adversity to overcome. Cool to see the bounce back in the final year with a healthy squad.

Clippers said they aren’t trading any young talent or TMann in a Harden trade. I also don’t think Zubac would be in the trade either because the Sixers drafted Bamba. Also Clippers are interested in Tucker and they don’t want Harrell back. Powell Morris Coffey for Harden straight up works on 2k and is probably the package they will get in real life.
