Thanks sir, I am user of Definedge securities. This indicator is great and time tested, but it is not available in system builder. If this could be made available there , would be much helpful in designing / filtering stocks. The way other indicators are available there. Thank you again for the video. Please make one video on RS-AV too.

@@Brijesh.Bhatia I need it so that I can have condition like above Super trend + Positive RS-Alpha + Rising MA... Basically to add this RS-Alpha indicator as one of the condition in my strategy

Let me consult with the IT department to determine if we can provide it in the system builder. However, I have reservations because the system builder scans a single stock against its indicator, while the RS-Alpha involves two instruments. I will inform you of the status of this request.

I think this could be done by asking the user to input period and second Instrument, e.g Nifty 50 at the time of adding this indicator in system builder, The way input parameters are set in case of other patterns or indicators. Let us hope, IT team could crack this. Thanks again

Time Frame is not mentioned in the scanner sheet of RZone. How will one know, whether scan is being done in Daily Time frame or weekly or 5 min TF. what is rationale behind taking lookback period of 1. If we assume daily TF then it will give list of stocks yesterday. what if we need this on Today in running market. in that case can we use 0 as look back period. I want to filter these stock and apply next level of filtering by your Trividh stratagy. Please guide.

This indicator is designed for daily analysis, not intraday trading. I used data from the previous day (value of 1) for this example. You can use a value of 0 to analyze current-day data. However, it's important to remember that this analysis is unsuitable for intraday trading decisions and may not be ideal for the Trividh strategy.

@@Brijesh.Bhatia Sir, there are swing strategies where RS indicator at intraday timelines are used a condition for entry & exit. Can you consider making this indicator available for intraday timelines. FYI - Tradingview has similar indicators available on intraday timelines

Sir stock / Nifty 50 value will always be positive and very very low for plotting graph , is there any calculation happenes internally for the same ?

Sir we are calculating the Percentage returns for the period to check the outperformance /underperformance of the stock against Nifty50 or any denominator you consider. The indicator above zero line means the numerator is outperforming and vice-versa.
