The Basics of Pine Script, Indicators, and Strategies: Tutorial

Watch this entire video to learn how to add indicators and strategies to your chart including Built-In indicators, Public Library, Favorites, Invite-Only Scripts, Candlestick Patterns, and more.
The key to getting started is clicking the Indicators and Strategies menu button at the top of your chart. Once you've selected this, you're ready to dive in. You can also press / on your keyboard as a quick shortcut.
The Public Library is where you can find indicators and strategies coded by investors and traders around the world. Built-In Indicators are from the TradingView team and built-in to the chart specifically for you. You can also use the search to find and locate indicators by their name or title.

hi can you please tell me how can i access the volume of any particular candle and the colour of that candle?? and how to compare one candle with another one?

It would be helpful, if a text box or something was added to enable a personal comment for ourselves. ie. checked not my style etc.

@@TradingView stock buy zone and sell zone. Example - Sbin stock support zone 380 buy and resistance 400 sell zone. Please one video buy and sell zone

Pine is our scripting language! It is different from Python. You can read more on our official Pine Script quick start guide. Also some users have made some fantastic videos about Pine here on KZfaq.
