I’ve had kinda a rough day, the arthritis and fibromyalgia has been kicking my butt and i was feeling kinda sorry for my sorry self. I have been binge watching your videos with my little dachshund curled up next to me in bed. The more i watched i would feel a little better. I watch you push past your pain and i usually do but for some reason it just got to me today. Im not feeling as sorry for myself now and your Christmas videos i especially enjoyed. Thank you Mrs. V and Gracie for giving me a much needed and enjoyable distraction from my discomfort.

I understand what Howard means when he said "He's been working like a dog!" I usually say "I've been sweating like a Hebrew Slave". Either one builds an appetite. That's really a yummy looking chicken and rice dish. I could almost smell it!

When your celery, lettuce leaves and most other veges get wilty, soak them in water and they will plump back up for you. It even worked on my carrots after I peeled them! I love your videos!

Such a simple but yummy meal, I wrap my lettuce in tin foil and keep it in the crisper of my fridge, it lasts a lot longer that way 😊

Wrap celery, carrots, romaine lettuce in tin foil. I save the peels , and dehydrate. Ground up into a powder. Add to anything

A little offbeat but you're using celery . . . I live in an upstairs apartment with a little deck that is literally FULL with a container garden. I started growing celery last year and its sooo easy and I hadn't bought celery from April 2023 - February 2024. I canned, froze, ate and shared all summer long. This year i planted more.

The way my gran showed me is a little different. I would call it "the Aussie version" lol. If we had smellavision I would be sooooo hungry right now. Probably sitting with Grace moaning cause that chicken smells sooooooo good.
