Traditional family recipe. I've never cooked tomatoes so deliciously before 🇫🇷
Ingredients
6 tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 eggplant
150 g mushrooms
2 tablespoons tomato paste
300g potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
15g butter
100 ml cream 20%
250 g minced meat
150g cheese
black pepper, salt, vegetable oil
