Pudla ma hamesha paachhad ni baju ma jali dekhay, tame aa pudla ma pan paachhad jali padi chhe te joi sako chho. Chana na lot na pudla ma soda nakhvani jaroor nathi padti kem ke dahi nakhi ne khiru ne 10 min rest aapiye chhiye jethi ekdam soft ane jali vaada j bane. Jo koi pan dal ne crush kari ne pudla banavta hoy tyaare soda umero to saras chadse.😊😊

I added kasuri methi & spring onion since I can’t find methi here. I didn’t add the tomatoes & the pudas were still very yummy! I will try it with tomato and onion next time when I have time!
