That MEATER is on point purchase. I usually either overcook my ribs or undercooked or slightly, but with that meater I get them perfect I recommend it!

Great ribs! I prefer St. Louis style cut of ribs. The extra meat is everything and slightly fattier for more flavor, but this'll work just as good!

Woah!!! May I ask, what model jackery box do you have? And how long does it run? That’s a rad idea to use it to run the grill! Next level!

Great video! We just got a Traeger Pro 780, and one question I have is there's a small internal, what looks to be a.probe? It's on the right side, controller side with a small diameter protection sleeve that says 'Remove before use' what is that a temp sensor? Anyone!

Does cooking them on the pan impact how much smoke gets into them? Thank you
@JustAGirlAndHerKitchen

I always do on a pan to save the grease in the grill, I always get an incredible smoke ring. I could imagine if it was down directly “in” a pan it would…. But I’ve never had a problem. Thanks for your comment Jonathan. If ur on IG I have way more content there and tons more ribs @macdogmac

You should always leave the beef ribs on so the ribs don’t fall apart, but definitely take it off pork ribs

Amazing how a lot of these videos they put all kinds of sauce and rub and other things on and around it . To me that hides the flavor of the meat. Looks a bit dry by the way.

That’s the nice thing about BBQ we can make it the way we want it! They def weren’t dry! I love using a binder and run! So u don’t add salt and pepper? Cause that’s the same as adding rubs which usually adds garlic and onion etc! I def don’t like plain meat at all. Thanks so much for watching! Love doing bbq

Good point. She actually said 7 hours total. Seems a little on the high side, but every smoker/grill is different.
