Here is a thought- First general public was made HAPPY by reducing petrol price by around 10 rupees. Now general public is being HARASSED and money is being recovered by way of fines for not wearing helmet/sentinel scheme.

Daulikar and Goa Govt 1 St do systamatic marking of Goa roads. There should be signed board worning one at 60 MTR another is in 30 MTR and 3 Rd on near the speed bracker or diversion on the road just . MLA and minister of Fatorda Do not full the people of Goa by comparing abroad roads they are not like Goan roads. Abroad roads are decisign systermaticly with signed board etc. Just do not through the word to full the people of Goa. As u r doing it's from beginning. People are vouching you and ur fotingpon. Daulikar made a statement that maximum accedent are happening why Due to bad roads and not because of helmet Development the infrastructure and adopt the rules. And don't penalized the people of Goa to develop more funds to make curruption . One day u need to answer to God Do not harres the innocent people of Goa because u r in power.

Instead of traffic sentinel, install hidden cameras, so that genuine photos will show up the offenders. I agree with some of the things T& C Minister said. The sad results of traffic rules violation are seen in Ward 108, check it out for yourselves.

Traffic sentinal is a good scheme.. over a time when PPL will start getting repeated challans they Will automatically understand ki it's better to wear helmets everywhere.. PPL are used to keeping a helmet in their elbows or near the foot, and only if they see a traffic police they used to wear the helmet or change the route..now they will realise that there are ppl taking photos everywhere.. so they cannot fool the law n keep making violations... Kudos to the traffic department with coming up with this idea.. I myself have got two violations challans for not wearing a helmet just outside my quarters n then realised it's better to wear a helmet everywhere n keep my head safe rather then complaining about this scheme.. n since then last two months never got any challans
