Look at Adeptus and what they did. Lost much of my retirement and 3000 lost their jobs. CEO walked away with about 46 million for 4 years “work”….

They bought the hospital in my town then closed it because it wasn’t profitable now if someone has a heart attack for example the ambulance will have a twenty minute drive instead of 5 minutes. But as everyone knows profit first.

When Steward health systems sells the property, it is sold at inflated prices. The CEO of Steward Health pays himself a handsome dividend from the transaction. Being private, these transactions are opaque. Then he agrees to a lease that is not sustainable. He doesn't care because he has already profited from the deal. In order for these things to happen, MPW has to be complicit. Steward Health is currently in arrears on rent payments to MPW for over 50 million dollars. The Steward Health care patients are going to suffer, but the stockholders of MPWvare suffering now.

Leverage the shit out of everything,compensate the shit out of the dealmakers,leave those holding the debt(leverage)holding the bag and the community without services. Same old game and congress does nothing whether Dem or Rep.
