I had all but given up hope that this could in fact be completed at all and was not just Nintendo telling me I am not worthy of life. It took me frickin 10 trys to beat the beginner difficulty in master mode cause of frickin floor 10 .. middle and master was a walk in the park compared to beginner lmao

your guides are awesome. one extra thing to note: in the break room after the frost lynel, fairies may not appear. before moving, open you inventory and "hold" all of your fairies. walk forward slowly and the fairies in the room should now show up. hit B to put them away. hopefully you should now have 7 fairies. EZ mode activated!

Honestly I only made it to 3:12 of your video before I decided to stop and do it myself. I thought "Well I'm just going to try and do it until I die." ......But I ended up beating the entire trial. Just now at 12:42 PM.

Thank you for taking the time. I like your walkthrough the best because you are the most relatable and the mistakes you make are ones we all make. Some of these other guides look like they're made by Navy Seals on crack and I can't make a head shot from across the room with my eyes closed like them. Overall an excellent guide with great ideas. You tend to underutilize arrows and bullet time. Also after freezing an enemy all damage is tripled. I freeze and then shock and then freeze. This deals massive damage while keeping the target stun locked. Against stationary Guardians you can repeatedly shoot them in eye for double damage if you have enough arrows and bows. I especially like your technique of drawing one enemy away at a time. I had thought that if one was alerted the whole gang will come but apparently that's not case. Thanks again. Really appreciate your work.

Years later, I found these videos, and did both the beginning and middle trials. I'll update you on when I finish the final trial on master mode. Update: Last bokoblin was killed in such a dope way: -Mounted a horse -approached bokoblin with horse -pressed X -slowed time and did a head shot -somehow remounted without touching the ground. Thanks for these vids, my friend. I held off master mode trials for 2 years

Broooooooo I just finally did it. I started playing this game again recently, and I decided to just buy the dlc’s. I immediately began master mode, and after getting the master sword I decided to just dive in and see. 13 hearts and 2 full rings of stamina was easily enough to get through all 3 trials with with your guides. You forgot to mention cooking a heart bass alone does full recovery

You can pick up ancient arrows that you miss with.

It totally slipped past me when you got 3 extra ancient arrows and i was on my last one in the final room and had to beat the flying guardian by parrying... I almost cried when I was with a quarter heart ready to lose lol Thanks for the guide! Master sword + bike looks cool

This video helped me beat the Final Trials in Master Mode on my first try! Thanks so much. I'll leave one tip (that I picked up from another video, I can't remember which though): Right at the start of the last level I used the Meteor Rod to set the grass on fire and used it to glide up to get the slow-mo shot at the Lynel with the ancient arrow.

Thanks for the guides from a new Zelda player! The final trial is definitively not the hardest if you get all the fairies and ancient arrows! Altogether, the trial of the sword is the hardest challenge in Zelda IMO.

Another useful tip before going into any of those trials, but especially the final ones: set your sensor to track treasure chests to help you find hidden ones. Seriously, there's one in lava levels that has 3 ancient arrows. Super helpful to have those in case of a sticky situation.

Just Completed it and got the fully powered master sword. The trails were hard enough on normal mode. I wasn't going to try to attempt it on master mode. Your guide was a great help. Thanks. Thumbs up and a Subscribe!!!

32:17 you messed up ROYALLY by not looking around.... savage lynel crusher and savage Lynel spear just sticking out of the SNOW!

I got outsmarted by the moblin at the ice floor with the ice wizzrobe and bokoblin camp. I lured him away from the rest and used electricity to make him drop his weapon. But then he went around the wall to the bokoblin camp to get a new weapon! The 30 min timer pushed me into battle and I died. Now that I know that the last floors are really easy, I know that time doesnt matter...

Another useful tip, don't be afraid to cook the fairies with Hyrule bass or other meats since they also provide extra full recovery!! At one point I had enough fairies to cook at least 4 of them and save one for emergencies.

For room 4 it's easier to just kill one and use his stalhorse to jump off and do slow mo headshots

The last leg of the Final Trials is a cakewalk if you've used your resources wisely-- particularly if you have Stasis+. I generally have 190+ standard arrows, 9 fairies, several full heal meals, and more than enough ancient arrows to take out the main threats (2 lynels and 2 skywatchers). I have more trouble with the Middle Trials than the Final Trials. Great video, by the way.

Nicee. I did it :). Ez peasy. My experience and some tips Tip: watch out while using bombs. They like to blow me up for some reasons. Tip: When using ancien arrows. When you can. Climb some thing.if you can and shoot mid air to avoid missing. This is explained in the video but i recommand doing that. Electric weapons are good. Go ahead and disarm powerful enemies. To avoid being killed easily. Use statis often. It's helpful and it prevent gurdians from shooting. It's also useful to sneakstrike so you can get close fast. This stal moblin archer on floor 3 is a pain and it hurts like hell. kill him with an arrow For stal horses floor: it's a big mess. Theses spear enemies on horses are a pain in the butt. Use statis to have some fun. But i struggled. Stalnox: take some time but very easy with statis. Fire lizalfos. Not a problem Didn't lucky for octorok weapons cleaning but not an issue. We get a lot of crazy weapons later. I strugled a bit for the moblins. But with an axe, i pushed them all in lava one by one. I used electric weapon. One moblin has a royal guard weapon... im sad, i couldn't take it. Fire lithorock: easy like the ice one Freezing area: not much to talk. I managed to kill the silver bokoblin last: thx to statis. Ez Next The fire wizrobe spotted me early. I took him down as well as the gold bokoblin. Had struggles for the last 2 bokoblins ... Lynel... that was insanely difficult (sarcasm) Guardian floors: piece of cake if you know how to take them down Last floor: took down lynel and turret. Then FIREWORKS. This challenge on master mode was really fun. And Difficult. Oh my god.... I wrote too much

a strat ive learned to easily parry guardian lasers is that you dont have to parry right when the laser is in front of you, you can be in the end of the parry duration and have it still be a successful parry, like the shield could be fully extended at the end of the animation and it will still be able to parry

Great guide! To kinda speed up the ice blocks melting you can chop some trees in earlier floors for wood and light a fire next to the ice blocks with wood and a fire weapon.

Helpful items to grab: Royal Guard's sword (replica of Master Sword) with 48 damage stuck into the side of one of the skull halves in the ground on the floor with the Hinox. On floor 10, one of the moblins has a Royal Guard's spear. On the Lynel level in the ice set of floors, a Savage Lynel Crusher and Savage Lynel spear are stuck in the snow on the extremities of the room. All super helpful things to have. But not as helpful as Keblash - you rock, man.

For the ice floors I would recommend just equipping your flamespear to not lose your defense/attack buff. To take out some enemies switch to a heavy weapon and switch back immediately. If you do it quivkly you will barely lose health or not even at all. Also for that enemy camp structure, for sneaking up on them, you will make less noise if you go barefoot!

Yo, Keblash, For future help, there is a Royal Guard’s Sword in room 2 at the left of the skull in the mud. It is magnetic. Also some Savage Lynel Weapons are in the snowy Lynel room in the corner. Thanks for the video! You rock!

I know I am late to the party but this was a great guide. I wasn't gonna bother to do do the master mode trial of the sword since I was stuck and just dying over and over on the first trial against the 2 silver lizalfos and thought that even if I figured it out the rest would be too hard to feel worth it, but that trick with the stealth attack is something I didn't know about. I did things a little different in the final trial but got through it pretty cleanly on my second time, your suggestions really helped. Thanks for putting this up.

Ya gotta love getting to the end and accidentally using your last ancient arrow on a tower guardian when you go to shoot his eye while meleeing him and thus having your ass handed to you by the lynel and getting to restart. I don't think I've ever had a better day

I highly recommend using the Iron Sledgehammer on the Talas bosses. I believe that, since it is used for mining, it deals extra damage!

On thefloor with the single lynel do not miss the crusher and spear on either side in the snow even if you use an ancient arrow.

Bit of a late comment but this video was hella helpful. I ended up doing a couple things a bit differently but it really helped with my approach in Master Mode in general, so thanks a bunch! That said, man, middle and final trials are way easier than beginning trials. I think it's because you get a lot of good weapons pretty quickly to help deal with some of the big boy monsters. Beginning trials was really slow in having you get those items and I had to use bombs a lot to save durability.

I just finished the middle and final trials today and used your videos as my guides. They really helped and I know I'm super late to the party, but I just wanted to say thanks for all 3 of your vids 👍🏻

Thank you I made it Master Sword Trial Master Mode, if it weren’t for your video I feel won’t going to made it all in Final Trial.

Wanted to add that if you mount a horse and equip a royal claymore, you can one hit each tentacle of the walking guardian and since it stuns it, you have an easier time getting it immobile. Also, I don't know why this isn't known that well but I found that if you see a blood moon coming and you don't want it to happen that moment, just go to a shrine and spend the time there until it is past midnight and the blood moon will occur the next day (since there is no cutscene within the shrine).

For the ice blocks: chop down a few trees in the first levels and get some firewood. Put the firewood down in front of the ice block and hit it with a fire weapon. Voila, quick melting

a tip to melt the ice blocks faster: take your flame spear and do an attack BUT in the middle of that attack motion (before you reach the spear out all the way), go to your inventory and drop the spear. What this does is the game thinks that the spear hasn't done the attack motion yet, therefore it keeps the flame effect with it. Now simply use Magnesis and hold the spear next to the ice block; it should act like a campfire which is a lot hotter than it is when you just have it on your back

I had always been terryfied about this trials. In the wii u I beat it in normal, but in the switch I will beat those in master mode. I think that if I can be determined, it's gonna be easy. However, thanks for the tutorial. Also the final room is the same room in where you fight Calamity Ganon but in blue and without floor.

Genuinely so much help 😂🙏🏼 on my second attempt I had two ancient arrows and missed the Lyonel both times, died and had to start again 😂 when I went in on my third attempt my hands were shaking but managed to kill it and get my bomb arrow moment 💥
