Rean is still the protag but now WILL have his vengeance and kill his dad andaybr others as well. The other characters from the trials series will help as well. Millium is dead forever. This ending made me break down.

If those last words at the end of the video are true then it's almost certain (keyword ALMOST); if it said 'kiseki the last saga' or something like that then I'm not so sure but 'Sen no Kiseki' is the name of all the three games for the Erebonia arc. Also, and this is just something I heard allegedly I have no official source, apparently the ones in charge of the Chinese localization asked that the game would be split in two because it was too long.

They already made a move, Tomas is a Dominion, as is Gaius now. A lot are busy with some hinted at crisis in "the east" (that is likely to feature in Calvard games)

A little late but Thomas directly questions Campanella about some "trouble in Alteria" and Campanella directly says they sent members of Ouroboros to keep the rest of the Dominions busy, to the point the only Dominions still free to operate are Gauis, Thomas and Wazy. Apparently Ouroboros brazenly attacked the Septium Church just to ensure they would not get in the way. As for Toval's comment, this is just a reference to the fact Toval does holds affection for Ein, due to the events that gave birth to the "Carnelia" novel.

Rean and Alisa should start a "our dads killed Laura's dad" club. Milliam and Altina can also join, since Franz is sorta their dad too (or the closest thing they have to one, anyways).

@@BenkaiDebussy I find it funny that Rean basically has a bunch of adopted siblings, since Osbourne's Ironbreed/Ironblood are considered by him as his "sons". Rufus basically alludes to this at the end.

This may oversimplify it a bit, but sadly, the plot of Cold Steel 3 can be summed up as "Rean gets used as a pawn of Chancellor Osborne from beginning to end."

Well, I think in this game even bad guys have their own ideals. The story finally reached the level of Immortal beings, so I'm not gonna surprised if there is a valid but very terrifying reason on why our protag's real daddy did something like that.

I personally see Rean's father as a necessary evil. And he did a lot of good things too, he gave commoners decent lives (especially reform the legal systems to give them rights), broke the noble's powers, and greatly expand the Empire. He is exactly the same as his real life counterpart (Otto Von Bismarck), and is regarded as one of the great German in history .

While this is a kinda reasonable opinion given CS1/2, CS3 makes it clear that he's totally evil (or at least his current actions are; it's not clear whether he originally had some plan under the knowledge he would later become evil). He is explicitly under Erebonia's curse, which basically makes people do terrible crazy shit (which is basically why Erebonia's history involves it being so aggressive). His goal is to literally cause a world war. His reasoning is that since you can't avoid or stop the curse, the best way to use it is to "control" its direction (in the form of taking over the world, though this is also transparently a bad idea because the curse applies to areas that "are now considered Erebonia" (like current Crossbell).

To make the sword of demise needed to give Rean an upgrade ( we’ll need it to beat Osborne), either Altina or Millium had to die.

You forgot the golden rule of anime/JRPG's. If you don't personally see them die in front of you then it's likely they're actually alive and come back to save someone at the last second.

The most likely outcome IMO (even though I don't really want this to be true*) is that Olivier is the last divine knight, and it's all-but-explicit at this point that there's some way to bring divine knights back from the dead (see: Arianrhod, Rutger Claussell, Crow). I'm pretty sure the other folks aboard are definitely dead, though. * My preferred candidate for the final divine knight is Ash, because he's an interesting dude and I feel like there needs to be a divine knight "representative" from new Class 7.

Sen 3 was supposed to be the final part of the Sen series however it allegedly got split up into 2 separate games because localization companies in China complained that the one game would take too long to localize so Falcom decided to split it up into 2 games like they did with CS1 and CS2. If Sen 3 was truly the last game in the Sen series it wouldn't end on a huge cliffhanger like it did in this video. It just cuts to black and we get no closure on the story at all

I know but the after credits scene specifically says to be continued... Sen no Kiseki: The Last Saga meaning that the next game will still be a Sen game taking place in Erebonia otherwise they would have given it a different name if it was taking place in Calvard

Sagman Twelve thats why its crossbell arc. Crossbell is also part of erebonia now. Its like passing the torch. He loses control of himself, someone else needs to save him. Just like how lloyd once saved estelle and joshua previously. They are like joker, so large probably it will be their turn again, why? The independence of crossbell (a few months to the future)

They literally gave out the title for the next game. In interviews Kondo himself said that he told his staff to split up the game into two if necessary. However it's not because of China or whatever, it's because they simply couldn't get everything they wanted by the deadline. It should be noted there were quite a few scenes in the magazines that didn't appear in this game. It was either splitting the game up into two or perhaps having all of the second half be like Xenogears disc two which was also caused by deadline problems(It had nothing to do with budget, Xenogears was actually overbudget).
