No, stupid, movies nowadays have a global audience. Film makers want their films seen by as many people as possible. If you release it in Serb-speak, you're guaranteed to destroy 99% of your potential audience. That is stupid, or an admission that your film is shit and only suitable as a local curiosity. I think this film is probably good, but they didn't have the funds to make it in Normal Speak.

Learn more languages and you`ll enjoy more. THis is serbian movie it has to be in serbian language.

Plenty of movies in non-English countries are made in English. They want to reach a wide audience, and most of the world now speaks English. Yeah, you can make a movie in a provincial language for a provincial audience. But presumably you would want as many people as possible to see your movie, so it's stupid to do that.
