Always go off your own instinct. For example, I always go till I’m tired regardless of how good I am at the drill. But others may want to train with less intensity or stick to a specific number regardless of how tired they feel.

Expectations should correlate to the genre of video. This is an individual training video, not game analysis. Learning how to read the game is not something you do training by yourself. Hence why this is called "Train Like Sergio Busquets" rather than "Play Like Sergio Busquets". Make sure you understand what you are talking about before you put forward such a strong critique.
