You're going so slow. I think you're reading the turnout speed boards as your speed boards. You can start accelerating to 40 once the front cab is halfway up the hill towards the thames bridge outside victoria, then on the other side of thames you can accelerate to 45mph, which you should then cruise at until you hit see turnout 20mph morpeth board just before the flashing single yellow, then you brake for the turnout at brixton
