The met cam real life comparison was fantastic by the way, they do indeed change phases once again at around 25mph, and the initial motor sound (i.e the simple low to high pitch noise) dissappears at higher speeds on this pack. You can't hear the high pitch scream of the motors, they just fade out. Whereas in real life you can just about hear them at high speeds. An example of comparison would be electrostars, they can be heard until they hit 100mph, very distinctly actually. But the networkers all fade out in this game, 365s and 465s, with the 465s, all you can hear at higher speeds is the traction motor fan sounds, but no actual traction motor scream and the 365s...you hear absolutely nothing at high speed. Admittedly if you aren't paying alone attention I real life it's hard to hear them at High speed anyway , but they still make sounds (not referring to the random vibrations and hums, i mean actual traction motor sound specifically)

I suppose we'll all be in our coffins underground by the time the class 317 and mark 1 vol 2's are in existence considering how long it took for vol 2 of this pack to be released.

It's also good to mention, the met cams on notch 4 sound way to slow In this game. ..waaayy to slow. In tsw2 they decided to make the acceleration rate more accurate....but didn't fix it in ts21 vol 2

Looking at the packs on their own, they're ok. Very lack lustered but the Brush sounds are imo, great for what is available. The visuals are a joke but at the end of the day its better than the freeware mods, and if you have the requirements already, an extra 11.99 in this realm isnt that bad. I rate it a 6.5/10.

I agree. An extra 11.99 isn't so bad, but imagine those who are starting playing this game. I mean they'll probably shake their heads and continue on their bikes but there you go.

@@Yawwie From a newbie's perspective, its an investment and a half. You have to be really dedicated to this new hobby and be willing to pay 50 quid for a train you supposedly dont know as well. As it stands, it's semi decent. And for 11.99 its ok. Better than the DTG 89 at release anyway 😳 Edit: I said 11.99 afterwards because the newbie user would have already spent the previous money to get up to this point and therefore would be in the same spot as everyone else/veterans.

As someone from Australia, I own all of AP packs and love them. Watching real life videos, and comparing these AP packs to the DTG crap, I must say, AP has changed my perspective on train simulator

For short British rail wasnt able to look into the future and and only extended the platforms to roughly 10 cars,creating a need for the 466 a 2 car 465 to form a 10 car train instead of only 4,8,12,16,........

10:45 always cuts out like that, if you listen to other hitachi inverter trains like the Kintetsu 9820 series which has nearly the same inverter.

I don't know why but to me the wheel slip sounds sound like it's just crashed also I don't like the brush traction motors because the sound they make hurts my sensitive ears

I'm never buying a AP pack again after the class 455. For some reason it's broken for me. Missing sounds and invisible cars despite me having all the pre reqs. AP are no help support wise so I'm off them for good.
