@@junglucy5000 well, yall need to clear this thing. bighit was a company called bighit entertainment, and it became bighit labels later on during enhypen debut. bcz enhypen debuted under be:lift which was under bighit labels. that caused quiet a lot confusion between bighit entertainment and bighit labels, so in order to clear this they changed the label's name into "hybe" and now, bighit has become bighit music which is under hybe labels. bts, txt and lee hyun are under bighit, while, enhypen is under be:lift (which is under hybe labels) so arguing over bighit and hybe is stupid bcz both are owned by bang pd

It’s the fact that I’ve seen his dancing video compilation, which he seemed crazy good at, coupled with a cute face and likable personality is just making me like him more and more. I hope the industry doesn’t corrupt him fr. But his extremely great dancing skills (+face and personality) will definitely lead him to places. Rooting for his successful debut honestly!

maybe his american parent lived in Japan for too long and usually speak more japanese.. or like in my family because first parent knows 2 languages but second parent only knows 1 language. First parent talks in that one language so second parent would understand too?

@Bitchz My grammar is realy bad and I am bad at writings in english like I struggle a lot right know (I dont use translator) But when I hear english I understand everything perfectly. I can watch movies and KZfaq videos in english like its nothing. My family usually mixes Arabic/my language Lezgin and Russian. I know my moms language perfectly and Russian perfectly too. A little bit of arabic (not much! only things almost every muslim knows) And I study english by myself. I write comments on KZfaq to practice

I also learned English by myself since I was little, and I also struggled with the grammar , but I do understand and speak English well, I was born in México, in Tijuana city and because we live so near to the US is very common that people who was born and raised here in Tj speak two languages (Spanish and English)

Yeah it is difficult, and Its easier for Malaysian (Or Indonesian/Philippines) because we use Malay and English a lot during our study and daily life. But not in Japan or Korea because they use their language for almost everything. For example like they still use their own language for science and math and they rarely mix the language when speaking like we does. Especially if the parents are fluent in Korean or Japanese and rarely use english their child will not be fluent in english like model Han Hyunmin.

Its actually really common for Malaysian to know atleast 3 languages. Usually Malay, English and their mother language. As for the Malays , they learn Arab. So yeah

Asian American here, I didnt have the privilege to learn Vietnamese or Laos growing up due to my home life already being difficult enough. At one point my mom tried to put me in a school for vietnamese kids, but money was tight so I couldnt go. But because of this my Asian peers treated me as "lesser" in some ways and that was when I decided to lean on my western side to avoid falling into a pit of self hatred. Its why I only speak English, but I have no problem wit it- Its how I have to survive in America

@@mariajason3547 If you read your comment again you claimed English is his language, which is a very different claim compare to for example “English is an American language” And just as your cousin, I would assume German is his language, not Swahili. But indicating “he doesn’t even speak his own language” is quite rude of you, as he does. He speaks Japanese, HIS language is Japanese. So yes, please be careful with your formulation.

I’m half Japanese and Indian, I was born and raised in India so my Japanese is weak. My mom who is Japanese didn’t use that much of Japanese at home while we’re growing up. She could speak Odia (one of the Indian languages) so we mostly conversed in Indian language. People usually assume that me and my siblings are fluent in both languages/bilingual. But alas! We aren’t. Lol now I’m in japan and went to a Japanese Lang school for two years. So my Japanese has improved significantly but still I’m nowhere near being fluent. I also had to work on my English myself as my schools didn’t really care about English lol and no one around me spoke in English. I’m still working on my Japanese and English, hope I’ll be fluent in these two one day.
