Well discussed. It's very informative. Now, I know the difference between the two terms, training and development. Both are essential during the process of learning to be able to improve more the basic skills and knowledge and to be able to achieve objectives and goals when working on something.

By the help of the vedio I've learned that there's always an advantage in learning the process and methods in training development in which it gives us more knowledge or even a hint how to improve ourselves in the field where in our skills are capable off. Thus, it teach me how important to know the difference between development and training and it's function and also analyzing plays a big role that needs in all aspects to us to become a better person or employee.

With the help of this video, I now completely understood the difference between Training and Development. Although the word is quite familiar and understable but I honestly do not know it's real definition and essence when it comes to entering job or even entering the business world. But not until I watched this video. It teach us how important the training is and how you are going to develop your skills, knowledge, attitude and patience so we can perform the assigned task better. The video gives us the processes in training, it has an excellent understable definition and examples. Above all, it gives learnings to every business student like me. It is very relevant and quite informative.

Upon watching the video I'm very thankful for the reason that it gives me ideas and understanding what was this subject all about and the importance of it.
