My first ODE is FAST approaching and so I called in my confidence coach Sian Phipps to help me work on handling those competition nerves and preparing for the big day.
Not only is Sian a professional rider, she is also a performance coach and specialises in confidence building, competition coaching and performance management.

I had a few lessons with Sian a while ago before she moved away from my area and she was so good; in just two sessions she completely changed my mares way of going! You guys are locking SO good now! X

Thank you so much Georgia for sharing this. The introduction about confidence and mindset from Sian was absolutely fabulous. All of this rings true for me and I’m sure a lot of other people. It was really good to see that Sian gave us some tools as well as to how to work forward through these issues. Keep posting your training vlogs. I've not watched your videos in quite a while. But it's been so lovely to see you have a horse that (in my opinion) shows what a great rider you are. You look so happy riding, and although your confidence is low, I can see a huge difference from snip/your last grey. Well done, I hope things continue to go up for you x

This is so helpful because I really want to move up to 80 this year. My horse is green though so I’m having better riders take her around courses at 80 in the hopes it will boost both of our confidence’s!
