Hello everyone in this video we are showing you how to increase your legs strength,size and to increase your squats step by step from 50 kg to 310 KG or more and also we are showing the precautions to be taken while lifting.

Tremendous focus by mukesh sir.. 310 kg is insane.. I would consider myself good if i could ever squat 180 kg.. I would be satisfied by 175-180 kg squat..

Aisa kuchh nahi hai yar. Indian Powerlifting Federation ke 2017 national ke hi result dekh ho. 300kg ka squat to 59 kg category mein mara hai P Suresh ne. Aur 93 kg category mein 376 ka Gurwinder Singh ne. International ko to bhool hi jaao. Itna squat state level pe bhi kar lete hain kai US mein. To Mukesh is good, but you can't say koi mukabla nahi hai. India mein bhi unse better bhot hain.

Look at his competition results. Last year in Olympia pro powerlifting, where he won gold, he squated 285. He was the ONLY competitor in his category as 2 others were disqualified. His squat in European championship where he won gold is 280 kg. He doesn't participate in the recognized federation competitions. His age is mentioned in the Olympia result as 39 and DOB as 1978. Even if he is 45, he should be getting better and you get better with age in powerlifting (upto a certain age). Remember he is still improving. Here he has done 310 while he did 285 in Olympia. Other powerlifters in Olympia were of nearly the same age. The crux of the matter is that he is an above average powerlifter but certainly not among the very best, even in India. He doesn't even participate in IPF competitions. With the way he is improving, he may be able to become the best in India in the near future. But not at the moment.
