Gold man. This video alone has changed my thought process. I am a competitive weightlifter, and even when im super specific with the sn/cj, i could still train it every day, just alter the loads. All high level lifters train 6x a week. They also train multiple times a day on some days. Frequency and adjusting intensity is everything. Your the man; i do not throw that around lightly for i have been in this game for a long time!

Such a good point regarding dosage and adjusting volume way easier if you have high frequency

Can you do a video about powerlifting and weightlifting belts?

So do you make a plan beforehand, the same day, periodization for long term but use it as a suggestion or no plan?

I'm actually spliting Hoss program into a 6 days / week program for some of those reasons

Hi again coach So grouping some info on different videos: (nearly)every day your sesion is about 1. PERFORMANCE (1.1.Neural / 1.2.Muscle) 2. HEALTH (2.1.energy system / 2.2.tissue health) And what changes is: maybe 1 day only lower focus strength, next only upper focus neural, next focus energy system , next focus on both Health aspect, etc... and u keep combining and prioritizing one aspect over the other and dosing it based on "feeling" so you allow recovery of each stimulus so you can keep going every day I'm too off or i got something XD?? Thanks a lot for your "new meta" perspective (that in fact looks kinda brilliant common sense). I'm taking big notes of this

Glad you like. You also have to remember that once you grasp the concept and you start to see your training progress, you'll come to realize that it's all about intention and performance. I train similarly to coach and at this point, it's about finding the stimulus you want, do the exercises to stimulate, and have fun. It's your style of training.

So how do you organize doing different patterns if there is no split? Loved your reasoning
@willratelle80273 жыл бұрын
Good question. Just frequently hitting different movement patterns. I've built a really strong foundation over the years that I don't really need to organize or periodize my training now. I can go a long time without performing exercises and not lose the skill of the lift.

Hi, for a boxer train chest and shoulders one a week with an exercise for each other are enough? I have so little time for training between work and university...

Have you always been able to dunk? I can touch the rim but never have been able to dunk. What can I add in the gym to get there?
@willratelle8027 Жыл бұрын
Yes. Just more dunk practice. Sprint, lift to get stronger, and practice dunking.
