I find it sad that so many people underestimate the capabilities of the human body so much, that when they see something spectacular like this guy their first thought is "steroids". Just because you are a lazy fat couch potato it doesn't mean everyone follows your lifestyle. What an awesome video. For all the haters out there saying " Bags don't hit back" you need to get a grip. The video is a display of skill and athleticism not a display of how "hard" the guy is. I am a county champion thai fighter and have also been training MMA for years, fighters respect one another and respect skill. If you are saying you're a street fighter then you are ignorant and probably spend you weekends getting into drunken brawls with people that are probably smaller and weaker than you. Accept it for what it is, A great video of a fighter training on a bag and essential part of any fighters goal to become better, faster and more skilled. All the negative posters why not try to spin 360 degrees laterally land in the single arm press-up position then do the same in reverse! Hats off to the guy this is an insanely demanding video and should be respected

My years in the military I have never seen someone train like this. Either it is all staged for effect, or this guy could be without any doubt pound for pound the most dangerous man I have ever seen. This is someone that was bred and trained from a young age to destroy his opponent.
