I think Jujis strength is underrated. Plenty of guys who can out lift him in any given lift in gyms across the country but he is one well rounded lifter. Strong is everything. I feel like he could be a pro athlete in a few different sports if he enjoyed it as much as lifting

After 3 slipped disc in my neck (5,6,7) and heavy nerve dammage, right side of my body muscle arm, chest reduced by 50%... 2 years of depression.. i lost my wife and had to sell my company... Its been hard to find motivation.. i got going again but got a shoulder injury in terms of nerve dammage.. i thought it was the neck again but i been cleared and 4 months rest i got my sensation back in fingers and arms that was num.. I started working out again and these videos really motivates me to get back at it.. i watch these videos as motivation before , after and during sets... So thanks man for putting these out.. lovet it, motivates me and keeps me working at it..👊👊

Keep you're head up my man, I broke neck and back just under two years ago and thanks to wonderful physical therapist and videos like this I'm back in the gym again and doing strong. The nerve damage takes very long time friend, it binds to the fasciae and needs extensive stretching even after mobility and strength come back. It may be a few years until the finger numbness stops on those long reaches. Much love on the recovery 🤙

@@subject204ghost3 Big Z has got to be the nicest guy, also Brian Shaw and Kieliszkowski. But Savickas is so strong and so humble, no arrogance, no big words. A real athlete. It's interesting that most of those guys are so nice, they are all very authentic and not arrogant. Also Thor seems to be very authentic and honest.

I love all the foreigners, mostly Europeans, that make fun of America, but their sub boxes are full of American KZfaqrs. They're playlist are filled of mainly American produce music. Their TV and movie programs they watch are mostly out of Hollywood. I never hear my American friends telling me about their UK KZfaqr that they're watching, always the other way around. And the only reason I bring this up is because I feel like mostly Europeans are very sour towards Americans on the average, yet their lives are Americanized.

Leider kann ich mich nicht so gut auf Englisch ausdrücken..... Diese Video Reihe war das Beste was ich jemals auf KZfaq gesehen habe...... Als alter Powerlifter geht mein Herz auf.... Y’all can’t stop making videos. Top you are a great editor and video photographer (and so are you juji). Please don’t quit your KZfaq channel. Y’all have pushed me and so many more to start exercising. Please I tell you that y’all are the reason I started working out again.
