It's not good form, his objective is to get the protaction together with that planche, but he still doesn't have great scapula strength for that, and lack protaction. But he is doing a great progress, soon he will get a decent protaction and finally get his good form desired full planche, hope so. 🙏🙃

That is great man. I'd say you already got it down but if you want to increase the hold time just continue with dynamics and use a light band. I think it will help a lot

dips have nothing to do with planche. i can do 5 dips with my bodyweight attached but no straddle planche.
