This is mostly physics sims, which is processed by the CPU, not the GPU. Having a really good gpu helps make everything look polished, but the bulk of the work is being done by a badass CPU.

@@xXFluffers well not necessarily because the simulations can be done on the GPU using Compute Shaders which would result in a much greater performance due to the GPU's multithreading abilities. Although I'm not saying you're wrong because no one (besides the devs) really knows how Teardown actually does this.
